You Know How to Handle the Crisis. But the Crisis May Still Be Following You Home.

Focused, respectful trauma therapy for veterans, first responders, and adults who are ready to feel less controlled by what happened - without being treated like they are broken.

Functioning Is Not the Same as Feeling Free.

You may be the person everyone relies on when things go wrong. You stay focused, make decisions, and keep moving. But when the shift, deployment, call, or crisis ends, your mind and body may not know how to stand down.

The memories replay. Sleep feels impossible. You scan rooms without meaning to. You feel irritable, disconnected, emotionally numb, or unlike yourself. You may look completely capable while privately wondering how long you can keep carrying this.

These reactions are not proof that you are weak. They are signs that your brain and body adapted to help you survive. Therapy can help you process what happened and begin living with greater steadiness, connection, and choice.

I help individuals navigate the lasting effects of trauma and PTSD with compassion, understanding, and a focus on creating a greater sense of safety and grounding. Whether you’re experiencing intrusive memories, anxiety, nightmares, emotional overwhelm, or feeling constantly on edge, we can work together to process difficult experiences and build healthier ways of coping. I also support those navigating childhood or relationship trauma, traumatic grief, and the stress that can come with difficult seasons of life.

Focused Support for What You Are Carrying

My name is Rachel and here’s why I help:

In college I learned that the brain, through therapy and intentional work, can heal and change, even after decades of abuse/trauma, I knew I had found my career. I fully believe that people can change and make their lives into what they want and that it is never too late to get started. Throughout my work and training I have been witness to people doing amazing things in changing their lives for the better.
